When Peloton first hit these shores, the language was very educational and the tone was a little…American. As the UK started to become more familiar with who we are and what we do, we could start to find our own voice. As part of the brand refresh I worked on keeping the confidence of the US voice, but with a more relatable and real tone. Flexing from short and punchy, to insightful and playful when dwell time allows.
